We mostly don’t get that warmer spring feel. we have been raining crazy and this el Niño really have changed the climate this year . Anyways as climate changes fashion and makeup changes. So this year the biggest trend is rose gold, blush, rosy colors. These colors are universally flattering to every skin tones.
